This summer I have a garden plot courtesy of the Chicago Park District.
It’s been a real treat. This is what I picked this morning:
zucchini, radishes, and beets
coming soon: eggplant, tomatoes, and cucumber!

Awesome! I can’t believe how great your beets and zucchini looks. Our beets didn’t come up at all (neither did the broccoli. or the rosemary), and our squash is just starting to flower. So far all we’ve harvested is chard. But then again, we got a late start. When did you plant?
